Room Setup

  • Each room includes clothed tables and chairs.
  • Linen colors included are white, ivory and black. Other colors are an additional cost.
  • Meeting events include notepads and pens.
  • The complimentary centerpiece includes the following per table:
    • One round mirror
    • One 12” glass vase with floating candle
    • (3) Votive candles
  • Any additional centerpieces or favors that you would like us to set on the table need to be provided to our banquet staff 1 hours prior to the start of your event and pre-assembled.
  • Confetti or anything to be attached to the walls or ceiling is not permitted.

Food & Beverage Policies

  • All food and beverage must be purchased through Sunset Event Space & Twisted Tree Steakhouse for consumption on premise. Any leftover food or beverage cannot be taken off property at the conclusion of your event. All Kosher, Gluten Free or dietary restrictions must be guaranteed 7 days prior to the event.
  • All prices are subject to a taxable service charge of 22% and applicable taxes.
  • Twisted Tree Steakhouse is the only licensed authority to sell and service liquor for consumption on the premises. Missouri Law requires persons to be a minimum of 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages. The property refuses the right to refuse liquor service to anyone.


  • All guarantees need to be finalized 5 business days prior for all meal functions. In the event a guarantee is not received by 12:00pm CST, the most recent estimated attendance count will be prepared and billed. For functions scheduled on a Tuesday, the final guarantee must be received by 11:00am CST on the preceding Friday.
  • All changes to food and beverage functions that take place less than 10 days prior to the event are subject to approval by Sunset Event Space.

Menu Standards

  • Each prepared meal has a minimum required number of guests:
    • Plated Breakfast – 10 guests
    • Continental Breakfast – 10 guests
    • Breakfast Buffet – 25 guests
    • Themed Breaks – 25 guests
    • Plated Lunch – 10 guests
    • Box Lunch – 10 guests
    • Buffet Lunch – 25 guests
    • Plated Dinner – 15 guests
    • Dinner Buffet – 30 guests
  • Please contact your event manager for more information on options for meals with smaller group counts.
  • All menu enhancements and stations must be ordered for a minimum of 80% of the guaranteed event guest count.
  • A maximum of 3 entrée options, to include a vegetarian selection, will be permitted for all plated menus. If more than one entrée is selected for a plated meal, the price for the menu will be determined by the highest priced entrée. A per-entrée guarantee must be submitted 10 days prior and the final event guarantees 5 days in advance. For service, the group is required to denote entrée selection with place cards.
  • The culinary team will prepare a maximum of 3% over guarantee.
  • For any events requiring pre-set food, the guarantee number is to be equal to the set number.
  • A bartender is required for all receptions. One bartender is required per 75 guests for all hosted bars at a cost of $100 per bartender.
